Preserve fresh herbs by freezing them with olive oil in an ice tray. When you’re ready to use them, simply drop cubes in a hot pan, and get cooking!
Find workouts that gets you motivated.
Don’t be afraid to switch it up or to start slow. It’s taking the first step that counts. You can start walking, then after a couple of weeks, begin jogging, and finally running.
Do both cardio and strength training (minimum of 1 hour).
Once you start, it’ll become a habit. Don’t find time, make time.
Keeping a diary/journal is not just for food. The diary/journal can be used for your workouts. Some people can use an app on an electronic device ie tablets, cellphone but if you prefer, a pen/pencil and paper (journal) works just as well.
